Arthur Simpson Dead
Arthur E. Simpson, aged 39, well known contractor of Portsmouth, died Monday evening at Schirrman hospital, where he was taken Sunday evening. When the death summons came, his wife occupied a ward on the same floor as her husband. The deceased was well known in this city, being a nephew of Mr. Frank Dever.
